Lomond, a leading network of lettings and estate agencies in the UK, is recruiting a Property RelationshipManager in Nottingham. This full-time, permanent role offers a base with target earnings up to £29,000 per year.

The job focuses on managing up to 250 properties and delivering excellent client service. You will upsell a range of Lettings and Property Management services, handle mid-term inspections, arrears tasks, and produce inspection reports.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
• Interest in lettings and estate agency行业.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Upsell Lettings & Property Management services and ancillary products.
• Handle Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
• Weekly arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims.
• Prepare inspection reports for your portfolio.
