Job summary

John Shepherd is seeking a Portfolio Property Relationship Manager to join our Colmore Row branch in Birmingham city centre. This full-time, permanent role offers a typical Monday–Friday schedule from 08:45 to 17:30 with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £28,000–£30,000 per year.

You will manage up to 250 properties and upsell lettings and management services while delivering excellent client service. We value interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and at least 1 year in a comparable role.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services and related products.
• Handle Mid Term Inspection follow ups, ensure quality and discount earnings.
• Oversee weekly arrears management including Rent & Legal Protection submissions.
• Prepare and review property inspection reports and content quality.

This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Colmore Row branch in Birmignham city centre. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday 0845am to 530pm, with a realistic OTE of £28,000 -£30,000per annum.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Understanding and upselling of John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services including ancillary and peripheral products.
• Managing Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
• Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management.
• Inspection reports for your portfolio including management of quality of content.
