Job summary

John Shepherd in Solihull is seeking a Property Relationship Manager to join our expanding team. This full-time, permanent role offers on-target earnings up to £30k per annum and a standard Mon–Fri schedule from 08:45 to 17:30.

You will manage up to 250 properties and drive service uptake across lettings and property management. We value customer-focused professionals with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a comparable role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell lettings and property management services.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services and ancillary products.
• Handle Mid Term Inspection follow ups and ensure quality and trade discount earnings.
• Oversee Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims.
• Prepare and review inspection reports for your portfolio.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as aProperty Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Solihull. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday 0845am to 530pm, with on-target earnings varying up to £30kper annum.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Understanding and upselling of John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services including ancillary and peripheral products.
• Managing Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
• Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management.
• Inspection reports for your portfolio including management of quality of content.
