John Shepherd is seeking a Property Relationship Manager to join the Solihull team. The role is full-time and permanent, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule. OTE up to £30k per annum, reflecting base pay plus commission and performance bonuses.

You will manage up to 250 properties, upsell services, and handle mid-term inspections and arrears claims as part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team. The company supports development and rewards loyalty.

You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday 0845am to 530pm, with on-target earnings varying up to £30k per annum.

• Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
