John Shepherd in Nottingham is seeking a Property Relationship Manager to join our expanding lettings team. This full-time, permanent role is based in Nottingham with a standard Monday–Friday workweek and realistic on-target earnings up to £29,000 per annum.

You will manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM), upsell our lettings and property management services, and oversee mid-term inspections, arrears, and rent protection claims.

Responsibilities

• Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services and related products.
• Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality assurance and trade discount earnings.
• Weekly arrears management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims.
• Prepare inspection reports for your portfolio and content quality management.
