Job summary

John Shepherd in Birmingham is looking for a Property Relationship Manager to join our expanding team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and an on-target earnings potential up to £30k per year, with a dynamic work environment that rewards performance.

You will manage a substantial portfolio, upsell services, and ensure timely inspections and rent-related claims are handled efficiently while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services including ancillary products.
• Handle Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality checks and trade discount earnings.
• Oversee Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims.
• Prepare inspection reports for portfolios with content quality in mind.
