Job summary

Charters, part of the Lomond Group, is seeking a Property Relationship Manager to join our Southampton team. You will be the main contact for your portfolio, delivering outstanding service and ensuring properties meet high standards.

We value relationship-building, proactive problem solving and clear communication with landlords, tenants and contractors. The role offers an enjoyable, fast-paced environment with competitive pay and bonus potential.

• Managing maintenance issues from start to finish and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently.

• Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.
• Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Serving relevant tenancy notices and coordinating rental reviews.
• Maintaining accurate property records and documentation.
• Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Property Relationship Manager to join our Southamptonteam. This role is a fulltime position, paying an OTE up to £29,500.

What You'll Be Doing
