Link Group is seeking a Labourer to join our Property Refurbishments team in Falkirk, with responsibility for general repairs and multi-trade support across properties. The role requires a proactive approach to safety and customer care, along with the ability to work across sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks for properties owned or managed by Link Group or under service agreements.
• Support core trades to ensure timely, high-quality work and compliance with standards.
• Provide safe, efficient service while keeping customers’ needs in focus.
