Link Group is seeking a Labourer to join our Property Refurbishments team in Falkirk, with responsibility for general repairs and multi-trade support across properties. The role requires a proactive approach to safety and customer care, along with the ability to work across sites as needed.
You will hold a full UK driving licence and have hands-on repair experience, with a solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements. We offer a supportive environment and development opportunities.
This post will be based at Link’s Falkirk office, with travel required across various sites.

We are looking for a Labourer to join our Property Refurbishments team; providing a high quality and efficient service, carrying out all aspects of general repairs and supporting activities for core trades, in properties owned or managed by Link Group or within service agreements to other organisations. All undertakings to be in line with statutory requirements, regulatory and technical standards, customer expectations and organisational procedures.
You’ll bring a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer care and take pride in ensuring a positive experience for tenants and colleagues alike. With proven experience in a similar labourer role, you’ll be confident supporting core trades in carrying out general repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
You’ll have hands-on experience in carrying out repairs. Your sound knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, and understanding of relevant legislation, means you work safely and efficiently while keeping the needs of customers at the forefront.
You’ll be proactive in taking responsibility for removing large items of rubbish and will liaise effectively with other agencies where required to get the job done.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
