Job summary

Link, a social enterprise, is recruiting an experienced plasterer/tiler to join the Property Refurbishment team based at Falkirk Office with travel across Link's areas. You will work within a multi-skilled team on rewires, refurbishments, and kitchen/bathroom installations, maintaining high standards of quality and customer care.

As a Plasterer, you should hold an NVQ/City & Guilds in Plastering or equivalent, know traditional and non-traditional construction methods, and be able to plan your

Qualifications

• Experienced plasterer with high professional standards and focus on quality and customer service.
• Knowledge of plastered components and core trades related to plastering installations.
• Commitment to health and safety requirements and legislation affecting work methods.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering and tiling as part of refurbishment projects.
• Work as part of a multi-skilled trade team and sometimes undertake multi-trade tasks.
• Plan own workload and work flexibly to meet timescales.
