Job summary

Falkirk Council is seeking a General Operative (BOS) to join the Building Maintenance Division. The role involves general labouring duties in construction/maintenance environments, working solo or in teams, and using handheld devices to record work activities and materials.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, and committed to high-quality service for tenants and customers, with a full driving licence and willingness to gain PVG membership as required.

• Experience carrying out general labouring duties within a construction, maintenance or property environment.
• Reliable, adaptable and committed to delivering a high-quality service to tenants and customers.
• Demonstrates good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
