Clearsprings Group is seeking a Property Procurement Officer for the Brighton/South Coast area. You will manage property supply, build partnerships with authorities and stakeholders, and ensure contract compliance and bed-space efficiency.

Responsibilities include procurement administration, development planning involvement, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining safety and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong background in property sales, estate agency and residential property management.
• Experience in procurement and development planning within the property sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply of property through accommodation partners, ensuring standards align with contracts.
• Create and maintain partnerships with local authority senior staff and regional stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and optimise bed space efficiency in line with requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Local Authority and other regulatory bodies, and manage records and sign-off processes.
