Clearsprings Group is seeking a Housing Officer (DA) in Southampton to manage a caseload of Service Users, conduct welfare visits and property inspections, and coordinate with the team to ensure safe, compliant housing. The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with a 40-hour week Mon-Fri and occasional late cover.

The Housing Officer will work with the Operations Team to maintain records, support service users, and ensure properties are maintained to health and safety

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required and access to own vehicle.
• No formal education requirements stated in the ad.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of around 200-250 Service Users.
• Attend dispersal and induct Service Users into properties.
• Signpost to doctors, shops and support agencies as needed.
• Conduct monthly welfare visits and report incidents or issues.
• Prepare properties for re-occupation and ensure handback to landlord.
• Maintain property portfolios and report defects and maintenance needs.
