Job summary

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Warwickshire seeks an experienced Justice Centre Partnership Officer to oversee day-to-day management of Leamington Spa and Nuneaton Justice Centres, coordinating with multiple partners.

Reporting to the Head of Estates and Assets, you will ensure lease compliance, financial oversight, and effective stakeholder engagement across sites, while maintaining high service standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing leasehold or commercial property environments.
• Strong financial awareness including service charges.
• Understanding of building health and safety requirements.
• Excellent organisational and multi-priority management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in administration, reporting and MS Office use.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for building partners and communicate policies.
• Monitor lease compliance, space usage and responsibilities.
• Manage service charges: calculation, invoicing, reconciliation.
• Coordinate space use to support multi-agency work.
• Work with contractors to ensure safety and maintenance.
• Support planning and delivery of property projects.
• Maintain records and report occupancy and financial status.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and statutory requirements.
