Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 A-C GCSEs incl English language.
• Working knowledge of PACE 1984 and custody procedures.
• Understanding of offender rehabilitation concepts and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular structured contact with offenders, including home visits.
• Visit offenders in prison before release to plan rehabilitation with partners.
• Maintain risk management plans and logs; submit intelligence the national model.
• Conduct drug testing and prepare prosecution files in line with guidance.
• Attend multi-agency meetings and coordinate with partner agencies.
• Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
