Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is recruiting for Area Property Operational Managers to oversee hard and soft FM services across a UK regional portfolio. The post requires specialist contract management, supplier engagement and robust stakeholder communication to deliver compliant, efficient services and improvements.

You will manage site visits, audits and performance with MI data, coordinate with PS and other MoJ Property teams, and lead on governance and risk management while supporting project

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management for hard and soft FM services.
• Ability to oversee works projects and define business cases.
• Willingness to travel across the portfolio area and attend sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts across multiple sites within a region using MI data and site inspections to ensure quality, compliance and contract delivery.
• Liaise with the supply chain and MoJ Property teams to drive improvements and address issues.
• Engage stakeholders to align plans, budgets and timelines, and oversee change to scope or specification.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety, governance and audit requirements and manage supplier performance.
• Support delivery of projects and ensure value for money across the portfolio.
