Job summary

Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire is seeking a proactive Justice Centre Partnership Officer to oversee day-to-day management of Leamington Spa and Nuneaton Justice Centres, coordinating with partners and tenants.

You will oversee lease compliance, space utilisation, finances, and reporting while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and regulatory compliance across sites. A flexible, hybrid working pattern is offered with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing leasehold or commercial property environments.
• Strong financial awareness, including experience of service charges and budgets.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements within building environments.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for building partners, maintaining relationships and communicating policy updates.
• Monitor compliance with lease agreements including space usage and maintenance obligations.
• Manage service charges, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate space usage to support multi-agency working.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure safety, compliance and maintenance.
• Support property-related projects and deliverables across sites.
• Maintain records and produce reports on occupancy, performance and financial status.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements.
