Job summary

Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond's UK lettings network, is seeking a Property Manager in Sheffield. You will own a portfolio of properties, act as the main contact for landlords and tenants, and coordinate inspections and maintenance to uphold high standards.

The role is full-time and permanent, offering a salary of £26,000–£28,000 with a supportive environment that encourages growth and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management or Lettings.
• Knowledge of inventories and lettings regulations.
• Confidence in handling tenant queries and deposit returns.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Regularly carrying out property inspections to ensure properties are well maintained.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors, to ensure positive customer experience.
• Manage tenancy matters, including deposits and disputes.
