Job summary

Haybrook Estate Agents in Sheffield is seeking a Property Management Manager to lead and coach a team of property managers, while actively managing day-to-day operations. You’ll drive high standards, efficient processes and outstanding service for landlords and tenants, developing people and ensuring regulatory compliance.

With a salary of £28,500–£39,000 plus uncapped commission and an OTE up to £45,300, the role includes a company car or car allowance and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
• Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
• Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
• Develop your team, to advance their careers.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of property managers.
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance.
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repairs
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Completing check in/out procedures with full inventory reports
