The role offers £28,500 to £39,000 basic, with an uncapped £6,300 commission target, bringing on-target earnings to £34,800–£45,300. A company car or monthly allowance is provided, along with a pension and 30 days leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
• Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
• Ability to develop and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of property managers to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor performance and conduct one-to-one meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management.
