The role requires strong organisation, good communication, and a professional, personable approach. A full UK driving licence is essential to manage site visits and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs with contractors.
• Ensuring all safety certificates and compliance requirements are up to date.
• Serving notices, including Section 8 and Section 21 where required.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve queries and issues.
• Conducting property inspections and reporting findings.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Working to deadlines within a busy environment.
