Adair Paxton is seeking a Property Manager for the Residential Lettings Management department in Horsforth. You will manage a portfolio of circa 300 properties, handle tenant repair requests, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with certificates and inspections.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week), based in Horsforth, with reporting to the department Director. Prior property management experience and a can-do attitude are essential.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel and Word).
• Previous property management experience is essential.
• Highly organised individual who likes solving problems.

Responsabilidades

• Taking inbound repair requests from tenants via phone and email.
• Liaising with contractors about repair jobs.
• Communicating with clients about property management and repair issues.
• Routine inspections of properties.
• Final checkout inspections of properties.
• Ensuring all legislative certificates are in place and up to date.
• Communicating any issues that the block managers need passing on.
• Regular project work to ensure all plumbing and cylinder inspections are carried out.
