Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio from our Huddersfield base. The role involves handling tenancy applications, agreements and move-ins, while keeping compliance records current and coordinating maintenance with contractors.

You will liaise with landlords, tenants and utility providers, manage invoices and tenancy deposits, and conduct check-ins/check-outs. A structured, team-focused environment supports day-to-day ownership of tasks.

Qualifications

• Residential lettings or property management experience desirable.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.

Property Manager

Location: Huddersfield

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, plus every other Saturday (with a day off during the following week)

Contract: Full-time, permanent
