Job summary

Property Personnel Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Property Manager to join a premier estate agency brand in Richmond. You will manage an assigned portfolio, liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors, and ensure compliance with current legislation and processes.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with two days per week from home after probation, a bonus scheme, ongoing training, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and private health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property management experience.
• Ideally ARLA/NFoPP qualified.
• Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to landlord and tenant queries and issues.
• Proactively communicate with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Obtain competitive quotations and instruct contractors.
• Organise inventory, check-in/out and distribute reports.
• Keep property records up to date and process invoices.
