Job summary

Connections The Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Property Specialist to support landlords across the UK. You'll be the first contact via phone, email, live chat, video calls and forums, giving clear, accurate guidance. The role offers flexible working, a 12-week training programme, and excellent employee benefits.

The starting salary is £28,135 per annum. 4 days from home per week with a central office on the 5th day, 25–27 days annual leave, Westfield Health, and a 12-month fixed-term

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or property/housing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to log and track interactions across channels.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for landlords via multiple channels.
• Log and maintain all interactions accurately.

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping people? We?re looking for a Property Specialist to join our clients team and provide expert support to landlords across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity in the property sector, offering flexible working, a 12-week structured training programme, and excellent employee benefits. Previous experience in property or housing would be advantageous.

What you?ll do:

• Act as a first point of contact for landlords via phone, email, live chat, video calls, and online forums, providing clear, accurate, and solution-focused guidance.
• Log and maintain all interactions to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Meet and maintain high standards of performance, achieving KPIs such as call response times and customer satisfaction scores.
• Signpost landlords to additional resources, third-party services, or training where appropriate.
• Support landlords with queries on property management, tenancy processes, and legislation within the private rental sector.

Additional Information:

• 4 days from home per week, with a centrally located office for the 5th day.
• 25 days, increasing to 26 after 3 years? service, and 27 after 5 years.
• 4 times salary.
