Magnus James Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking an organised Property Manager to join a busy Nottingham team. You will manage your own portfolio, coordinate inspections, deposits and renewals while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.

The role requires strong communication, proactive problem solving and up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation. ARLA is desirable, a driving licence is essential, and the role offers a competitive salary and company benefits.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of properties, delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs for smooth transitions.
• Administer deposit protection and manage deposit returns.
• Proactively resolve rental arrears and liaise with landlords and tenants.
• Work with maintenance/repair teams to ensure timely works and compliance.
• Coordinate safety certifications and ensure full compliance across the portfolio.
• Organise and manage inspections and inventories with landlord feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system.
