The role focuses on managing a local portfolio, handling client enquiries, site visits, and working with contractors. Full training provided and a long term career path with funded qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, housing or customer-focused environments.
• First-class customer service experience.
• Good IT literacy including CRM and MS applications.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise.
• Good literacy and numerical skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Motivated to learn and progress in estates management.

Responsibilities

• Manage property portfolio in line with regulations and processes.
• Handle client enquiries via phone and email and take action.
• Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits.
• Oversee contractor performance and maintenance issues.
• Prepare and monitor budgets for buildings.
• Support building compliance management.
• Assist with major works projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep buildings safe and pleasant for residents.
