Job summary

Property Personnel Ltd in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a Property Manager to join a friendly team and support an expanding lettings portfolio. You will liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors, arrange maintenance, conduct inspections and ensure compliance while delivering a high level of service.

The role requires strong administration and customer service skills, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and a full UK driving licence with your own car for inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or lettings administration preferred but not essential.
• ARLA/NFoPP would be beneficial.
• Strong administration and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
• Confident communicator with demanding clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors, delivering high service levels.
• Arrange maintenance for landlords.
• Visiting sites and carrying out inspections.
• Ensure compliance through efficient administration.
• Process insurance claims and approve invoices.
• Manage relationships with contractors.
• Arrange gas and electrical safety checks.
• Assist with inventories, check-ins and check-outs.
• Negotiate deposit returns.
