Job summary

Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is recruiting a Property Manager for an estate agency client in Slough. You will manage a portfolio, arrange and oversee maintenance, and handle compliance, references and end-of-tenancy checks.

Applicants should have prior Lettings or Property Management experience, hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own car. ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential; local knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in Lettings, Property Management or Estate Agency.
• Ideally ARLA qualified (not essential).
• Alto and Propertyfile CRM experience (not essential).
• High level of customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties.
• Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs.
• Manage compliance, references etc.
• Book end of tenancy checkouts.
• Deal with deposits, deposits releases and any disputes at end of tenancy.
• Property visits and inspections.
• Arrange safety certificates.
• Support the Lettings department when needed.

We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager role for our Estate Agency client based in Slough.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in Lettings, Property Management or Estate Agency.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Property Manager:

• Basic £28,000
• OTE £35,000
• Commission on lets and relets
• Referral commission structure
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities for the role of Property Manager:

• Manage a portfolio of properties
• Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
• Manage compliance, references etc
• Book end of tenancy checkouts
• Deal with deposits, deposits releases and any disputes at end of tenancy
• Property visits and inspections
• Arrange safety certificates
• Supporting the Lettings department when needed

Key skills for the role of Property Manager:

• Must have previous experience in Lettings, Property Management or Estate Agency
