Job summary

Martin & Co. Worcester is seeking a proactive Property Manager to join our Kingswood lettings team. You will handle a portfolio of managed properties, coordinating maintenance, inspections and tenancy check-outs, while building strong relationships with tenants and landlords.

The role requires excellent communication, organization and a proactive approach. You will work both in the office and on-site, with occasional out-of-hours tasks and driving between properties.

Qualifications

• Property management experience dealing with the public in a face-to-face role.
• Analytical with excellent written and verbal communication to landlords and tenants.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Genuine interest in property and people.
• UK driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties including reactive and proactive maintenance, inspections, tenancy check-outs and deposit processing.
• Coordinate safety testing and ensure portfolio compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords.
• Support with new tenancy checks and occupant change processes.
• Work independently on site and as part of a lettings team.
