Job summary

Leaders, part of LRG, is seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated team in Worthing. You will be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, handling inquiries, booking appointments and guiding the tenancy from start to finish.

Excellent communication, written and verbal, and strong organisational skills are essential. A full UK driving license is required. The role offers a competitive base salary with incentives, regular training and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent telephone and written communication for the tenancy duration.
• Triage tenant maintenance requests and arrange works with contractors as needed.
• Update all parties regularly by phone, email or text; log notes.
• Make regular wellbeing calls to landlords.
• Ensure works are completed and invoiced within 21 days with the management team.
• Ensure compliance/legislation across all properties.
• Coordinate with Inventory Clerks for inspections and landlord/tenant communications.
• Notify landlords/tenants 2 weeks prior to checkout and explain the process.
• Manage No Deposit Scheme deposits for non-managed properties.
• Follow checkout process and communicate via the Depositary site.
• Collaborate with team leaders and heads of centres to understand lost units.
• Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external customers.
