Job summary

Walmsley, part of Connells Group, is seeking a motivated Property Manager to join the Lettings team in Caversham. This branch-based role focuses on property management and tenancy support for landlords and tenants, delivering a high standard of service.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage tenancy matters, and ensure timely inspections and contractor work, while maintaining strong customer service and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or lettings preferred.
• Strong customer service and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as central contact for property management queries from the branch, landlords, tenants and internal teams.
• Providing accurate advice to the branch and customers on tenancy matters and relevant legislation.
• Maintaining the approved contractor register, ensuring qualifications and documentation are up to date.
• Overseeing customer service delivery, ensuring works and inspections are completed within agreed timescales.
• Monitoring invoices, tenancy agreements and inspection reports to ensure service level standards are met.
• Managing workloads to ensure deadlines are achieved and service levels are maintained.
• Supporting more complex tenancy or property management cases, advising the branch, landlords and tenants on available options and liaising with the Lettings Services Centre where required.
