Job summary

Amour Recruitment is seeking a proactive Property Manager to join our client’s team in Shrewsbury. You will carry out site inspections, oversee maintenance, manage breaches of lease and prepare service budgets while delivering an outstanding level of service to tenants and contractors.

The ideal candidate has customer-focused experience, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise tasks. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a car allowance and a Monday–Friday schedule supported

What We're Looking For:

• Previous property management experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Experience in a customer-centric role with the ability to work to deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• A confident, professional personality with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

What's on Offer:

• Salary from £27,500 (depending on relevant experience)
• Car allowance of £3,600 per year.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
