Job summary

Walker & Sloan are seeking a Property Manager to join their established lettings team in Exeter. You will manage a varied portfolio of residential properties across Exeter and surrounding areas, building relationships with landlords and tenants, and taking responsibility for day-to-day property management.

Ideal candidates will have lettings or property management experience, strong communication skills, and be organised with a proactive, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or property management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised and confident managing a varied workload.
• Proactive, personable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor works.
• Carry out property inspections and follow up on actions.

Working within a successful and busy lettings team, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of residential properties across Exeter and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone with property experience who enjoys a varied role, building relationships with landlords and tenants and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of properties.
