Job summary

Windmill9 Consulting in Derby is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a residential lettings portfolio across Derby. You will be the single point of contact for landlords and tenants, supported by modern management systems and a supportive branch team.

This role focuses on building long-term landlord relationships, managing end-to-end maintenance, ensuring compliance with UK lettings legislation, and conducting routine property visits. A full UK driving licence is required.

The role
