Salary: £25,500 - £27,000 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:30pm
Saturday: 1 in 3, 9:00am-12:00pm

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join a successful and driven property team.
This is a varied role where you'll take responsibility for a portfolio of managed properties, looking after everything from tenancy and compliance through to inspections, inventories, maintenance and final inspections.
You'll be a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are well managed, compliant and maintained to a high standard, while delivering a professional and responsive service.
The ideal candidate will be organised, confident, proactive and solutions-focused, with a genuine passion for property and providing excellent customer service.
We're looking for someone who combines property knowledge with great people skills.
Previous experience within property management or lettings is preferred, particularly experience involving property inspections, inventories and tenancy management.
We can teach you the technical aspects of the role, but we can't teach the right attitude. We're looking for someone who is positive, hardworking, reliable and keen to develop.
£25,500 - £27,000 salary, depending on experience
