Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 120–140 residential properties
• Acting as the key contact for landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy
• Responding to tenancy queries, concerns and disputes professionally and efficiently
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution
• Obtaining and reviewing contractor quotations and estimates
• Arranging pre-tenancy, post-tenancy and property inspection works
• Maintaining accurate property records, case histories and diaries
• Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant with relevant legislation
• Building positive relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Managing tenancy rent reviews and relevant notices
• Working in line with ARLA Propertymark guidelines and industry best practice

About You

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who is confident managing a busy portfolio and providing a high standard of service.

• Previous experience within residential property management or lettings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisation and the ability to confidently prioritise a busy workload
• A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
• Confidence dealing with maintenance issues and coordinating contractors
• The ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
• Good IT skills
• ARLA Level 3 qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
