Job summary

Windmill9 Ltd in Nottingham City Centre is seeking an experienced Property Manager to own and manage a portfolio of residential properties. You will be the main contact for landlords and tenants, handling relationships, inspections and compliance with lettings legislation.

You'll be joining a business with an established landlord and tenant client base, a varied portfolio and more than two decades of experience in the Nottingham market.

The role

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of managed properties, becoming the key point of contact for landlords and tenants and making sure issues are dealt with professionally, efficiently and with good commercial judgement.

The emphasis is on properly managing relationships and protecting your landlords' investments, rather than simply processing maintenance requests.

What will help you succeed

You'll ideally already have experience within residential Property Management or Lettings and understand what it takes to manage a busy portfolio properly.

You'll be organised, confident dealing with landlords and tenants, comfortable making decisions and able to keep control when several issues need attention at once.

Most importantly, you'll care about doing the job well. This business is looking for someone who takes ownership rather than simply passing problems on.
