Job summary

Haybrook Estate Agents in Sheffield is seeking a Property Management Manager to lead and develop a busy team of property managers. You will coach staff, drive excellent customer service for landlords and tenants, and ensure compliance and high standards in daily operations.

You’ll manage inspections, renewals, arrears, and contractor coordination while building strong client relationships. A proactive, customer‑facing leader with 3+ years in residential lettings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
• Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment.

• Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients.
• Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of property managers.
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
• Property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
