Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate in Property Management for our Birmingham office. The role focuses on delivering exceptional property management, maintaining client relationships and contributing to a Centre of Excellence.

You will support asset strategies, KPI delivery and cross-functional projects while aligning ESG initiatives with client needs. The position requires MRICS and 5+ years in property management, with a strong emphasis on financial acumen, lease administration and proactive client

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification with 5+ years in property management.
• Strong client relationship and commercial acumen.
• Experience managing service charges, budgets and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of lease administration and compliance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with Asset Manager and maintain trust.
• Manage lease and legal applications, consent to alter, and assignments.
• Oversee financials: cashflow, invoices, budgets, and reconciliations.
• Prepare service charge budgets and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with ESG and facilities teams on initiatives.
• Oversee Health & Safety compliance and insurance matters.
• Coordinate major works and site-based projects.
• Support business development and cross-sell opportunities.
• Supervise and develop junior team members if required.
