Residential Management Group (RMG) is offering a full-time, 18-month Property Management Apprenticeship at our Hoddesdon office (EN11 0DR). You will rotate across Property Management, Customer Service, Finance Support, Contractors and Client Services while you work toward a Level 3 Housing and Property Management qualification.

Expect online and in-person workshops, regular coaching, and an end-point assessment with a project and interview. A driving licence is desirable for site visits.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths.
• Demonstrable interest in property management.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Reliable, organised and able to manage priorities.
• Resilient and adaptable with a positive approach to learning and development.

Responsabilités

• Rotations through Property Management, Customer Service, Finance Support, Contractors and Client Services.
• Attend workshops and work with a Skills Coach throughout the 18-month apprenticeship.
• Complete an end-point assessment with a project and professional interview.
