Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group's LLPM team offers a Level 3 Housing & Property Management apprenticeship in Manchester. You’ll rotate through Lettings, Customer Operations, and Property Operations, gaining hands-on experience in tenancy management and customer support.

The programme includes a solid training pathway and opportunities to work with Regeneration Brainery, a charity partner. You’ll pursue a Level 3 Apprenticeship with a dedicated training provider, building a foundation in housing operations,

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old on 1st September 2027.
• 5 GCSEs grades 4-9 including English & Maths (achieved).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding high-quality homes to move into.
• Ensure properties are well looked after and issues are resolved quickly.
• Bring professionalism and care to every interaction with customers.
• Gain first-hand knowledge of how professionally managed homes are run.
