Residential Management Group (RMG) is offering an 18-month Property Management Apprenticeship in Hoddesdon. You will rotate through Property Management, Customer Service, Finance Support, Contractors and Client Services while working toward a Level 3 Housing and Property Management qualification.

You will attend online and in-person workshops, be supported by a dedicated Skills Coach, and build a portfolio of evidence.

Formación

• 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above, including English and Maths.
• Demonstrable interest in property management.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Evidence of being reliable, organised and able to manage priorities effectively.
• A full driving licence is desirable to join site visits with Property Managers

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through key departments: Property Management, Customer Service, Finance Support, Contractors and Client Services.
• Attend online and in-person learning workshops and build a portfolio of evidence.
• End-point assessment includes a project and professional interview.

Conocimientos

Interest in property management

Reliability and organisation

Full driving licence desirable
