Job summary

HomeForce Property Management Limited in Edinburgh is seeking a motivated Trainee Property Manager to join a small, friendly team. You will handle enquiries, support tenancy and landlord processes, and learn through a structured apprenticeship pathway with strong digital tools and systems.

Starting with supervision, you will become proficient in property management software, client communication, and compliance tasks, gaining a formal SCQF Level 6 qualification and progressing within the

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence (or equivalent valid in the UK).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working from our Edinburgh office, with regular property visits. Home working is not available.
• Basic computer literacy and confidence learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors and clients via phone, email and inhouse platform.
• Become Super User of ServiceM8 and HomeForce's Job Management System and promote best practice.
• Triages supports requests to appropriate teams and external providers.
• Manage digital records and tenancy documents across business systems.
• Support property viewings, inspections and landlord compliance processes.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and scheduling using digital systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with AI, automation and digital tech.
• Support marketing, client engagement activities using digital tools.
