Job summary

Awaze is seeking a customer-focused Administrator to join the cottages.com team in St Mawes. This full-time, permanent role runs 9am–5pm with Saturday availability essential.

You will provide high-quality admin support for our Property Management Service, coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and Health & Safety to ensure smooth operation of managed properties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-obsessed, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy, with Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
• A genuine passion for customer service.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to getting things done.
• An interest in travel – particularly UK holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver efficient administrative support across the Property Management Service function.
• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager and local teams to ensure smooth servicing of managed properties.
• Assist with the sales and promotion of our Property Management Service to new and existing owners.
• Support cleaning, maintenance, and Health & Safety coordination to maintain high operational standards.
• Ensure owner and guest queries are resolved efficiently and exceed expectations.
• Promote our brands professionally within the local community.
• Support local promotional events, owner functions, PR activities, and county shows.
• Provide cross-functional support to local recruitment teams, other regional offices, and Head Office as required.
