Job Title: Property & Maintenance Manager

Salary: £45,000-£55,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 45 hours a week. Hybrid and flexible working

My client, an established and growing hospitality business that creates and manages food halls for independent vendors, is looking for a Property & Maintenance Manager to join their team. The role involves overseeing sites mainly in Zone 1 and 2 of London and beyond. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will manage maintenance suppliers, ensure compliance, and oversee the smooth operation of facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and managing external maintenance suppliers to ensure work is completed to standard
• Ensuring compliance is maintained
• Managing, monitoring, and setting budgets
• Attending weekly meetings with external facilities providers
• Investigating building faults and rectifying issues or assigning external contractors
• Supporting new builds, refurbishments, and seasonal projects in collaboration with the team
• Assisting with market research

Requirements:

• Experience in Property and/or Facilities Management within a hospitality environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and punctual
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
