Job Overview:

My client, an established and growing hospitality business managing food halls for independent vendors, seeks a Property & Maintenance Manager. You will oversee maintenance operations across multiple sites mainly in Zone 1 and 2, ensuring compliance and smooth facility management. Working within a close-knit team, your responsibilities include managing external maintenance suppliers, overseeing compliance, budgeting, and supporting new builds and refurbishments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage external maintenance suppliers to ensure quality work
• Maintain up-to-date compliance
• Manage budgets and monitor expenses
• Attend weekly meetings with external facilities providers
• Investigate building faults and coordinate repairs
