Property & Maintenance Manager - Central London - Mon-Fri - £45,000-£55,000

Job Title: Property & Maintenance Manager

Salary: £45,000-£55,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 45 hours a week. Hybrid and flexible working

My client, an established and growing hospitality business that creates and manages food halls for independent vendors, is looking for a Property & Maintenance Manager. The role involves overseeing operations across sites mainly in Zone 1 and 2, and beyond the capital. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will oversee maintenance suppliers, ensure compliance, and ensure the smooth running of facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

1. Oversee and manage external maintenance suppliers, ensuring work is completed to standard.
2. Ensure compliance is maintained and up to date.
3. Manage, monitor, and set budgets.
4. Attend weekly meetings with external facilities providers.
5. Investigate building faults, rectify where possible, or assign external contractors.
6. Collaborate with the team on new builds, refurbishments, and seasonal projects.
7. Assist with market research.

Requirements:

• Property and/or facilities management experience within a hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized and punctual.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen problem solver, able to work under pressure.
• Client-facing experience.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency in IT.
• Ability to build long-term relationships.
• Positive and encouraging attitude.
