Job Description:

The Role: Maintenance Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel - London

Location: London

Salary: Up to £45,000+ bonus

We are looking for a well-organized Maintenance Manager for a luxury Boutique Hotel in London. As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all H&S, maintenance, inspections, and project management for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the H&S legislation, including the use of Risk Assessments
  • Manage budgeting and cost planning
  • Perform daily checks within the hotel
  • Maintain all fixtures and fittings
  • Plan, monitor, and control maintenance activities for the property
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance planning, scheduling, and control
  • Implement changes and improvements in services, products, and systems
  • Monitor and control resource usage

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification in facilities management or relevant experience
  • Significant experience in similar roles and environments
  • Knowledge of general equipment functioning
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Previous hotel experience is necessary
  • Good communication skills at all levels
