Property Maintenance Delivery Manager, Southampton

Role Overview: As a Property Maintenance Delivery Manager, you will set direction within your team by establishing clear expectations, providing advice, and supporting individual and team performance through thorough feedback.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Deliver the right outcome for customers safely and efficiently through a team of trades operatives.
2. Maintain high-quality data within property systems.
3. Ensure high standards of safe working practices in accordance with Health and Safety legislation.
4. Develop detailed local knowledge of customer, asset, and investment needs across your area.
5. Engage with residents and groups to develop co-created services.
6. Track and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets.
7. Travel may be involved; candidates should have access to a car and a full UK driving licence.
